• The stones set on our jewelry can be cleaned by using diluted dishwashing detergent, soft bristle brush to clean, thereafter blow-dry with a dryer, to help maintain the shine.

We offer Lifetime Warranty for all our 18K Gold Vermeil jewelry, which includes:

1. One-time free:

• Vermeil re-coating for the first year.
• Repair of broken chain or parts for the first year.
• Stone replacement for the first year.
• Size Exchange
• Resizing for our vermeil rings cannot be done, hence, size exchange will always be done. Exchange can only be done within 7 days from date of purchase and must be in wearable condition.

2. Subsequent services after one year:

• Vermeil recoating will be chargeable at $30/pc.
• Repair of broken chains or parts will be chargeable, up to $50/pc.
• Stone replacement will be chargeable depending on the condition of the jewelry.
