WARRANTY

SOLID GOLD JEWELRY (5%, 14K & 18K)


We provide a Lifetime Warranty for all our solid gold jewelry, which includes the following benefits for the first year:


One-time Free:

  • Re-plating or Polishing

  • Repair of a broken chain or parts

  • Resizing of 14K/18K rings (*Full eternity bands cannot be resized*)


*Please note that stone replacement will be chargeable, dependent on the condition of the jewelry.
 

After the first year, the following services will be chargeable:

  • Re-plating or polishing at $30 per piece.

  • Repairing broken chains or parts, up to $50 per piece.

  • Resizing of 14K/18K rings, depending on the condition of the jewelry.



 

18K GOLD VERMEIL JEWELRY


We provide a Lifetime Warranty for all our 18K vermeil gold jewelry, which includes the following benefits for the first year:

One-time free:​

  • Vermeil re-coating

  • Repair of broken chain 

  • Stone replacement

 

* Resizing for our vermeil rings cannot be done, hence, size exchange will always be done. Exchange can only be done within 7 days from date of purchase and must be in wearable condition.

After the first year, the following services will be chargeable:​

  • Vermeil recoating will be chargeable at $30 per piece

  • Repair of broken tennis bracelet: $50

  • Repair of broken chains: $30

  • Repair broken parts: up to $50

  • Repair of dropped stone (per piece): $20 onwards

  • Resizing of rings (excluding eternity bands) will be chargeable at $30

  • Stone replacement will be chargeable at $30 upwards depending on the stone type and condition of the jewelry.

GOLD-FILLED JEWELRY (SURGICAL STEEL)

We provide a 3-year Warranty for all our gold-filled jewelry with surgical steel base. This warranty includes the following:

One-time free (Within the First 6 Months): 

  • Re-coating/ Polishing: A one-time free re-coating is provided.

  • Repair: We offer one-time complimentary repair for broken chains or parts.

  • Stone Replacement: Damaged or missing stones will be replaced free of charge.

  • Ring Size Exchange: Gold-filled rings cannot be resized. Instead, we provide a one-time size exchange.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase. The jewelry must be in its original, wearable condition for an exchange.

After 6 months, the following services will be chargeable Services: 

  • Re-coating/ Polishing: $30 per piece.

  • Repair of tennis bracelet: $30

  • Repair of broken chains: $30

  • Repair of broken parts: up to $50

  • Repair of dropped stone (per piece) $20 onwards

  • Stone Replacement: Charges will vary depending on the jewelry's condition and the stone's requirements.


For International Orders:
· International shipping fees for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer and postage for both ways will be covered by customer.
